Teens Prefer Print to eBooks

When eBooks first came about, there was a lot of talk concerning printed book and what might happen to them. A study was done recently surveying 550 teenagers about their reading habits and some surprising information was found. 60% of teens from 12 to 16 years old are regularly reading printed books, and 50% of young adults frequently read. People also questioned how much the younger generation would read, and it was found that 40% of those surveyed were moderate readers. The teens "...appreciated the physical and sensory lure of a real book...". This is backed up by recent increase in book sales, led by children.
