New York Becoming More Sustainable with Print

On May 15, 2015, New York became the first state to preference facilities that are certified by the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) when procuring printed products. The SGP is a program created by the New York State Governor, Andrew Cuomo, and it is aimed at making government organizations examine how they can become more sustainable. Pursuing sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of printing will be a major part of this initiative.
