Young adults more likely to read in print!
Trends/Issues
A Pew Internet Research study has discovered that while e-reading is becoming increasingly popular, it is still eclipsed by the everlasting popularity of print.
The study proved a few key points:
- American adults are still much more likely to read a printed book than a digital one, with only 28% having read an ebook in 2014 as opposed to 69% reading a printed book.
- Young adults are still more likely to read in print rather than digital.
- Printed books are more likely to earn more money than books only published in a digital format.
